Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Rapu-Rapu, Albay (13.1°N, 124.3°E).
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
