* WHERE...Island County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern
Snohomish Counties, Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, and
Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing tree foliage will make tree damage
more susceptible, with localized power outages possible.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicles. Secure outdoor objects.
